Matthew Moody tells us more about how his new "Cashflow Secrets" can change your property business in 2010...

2010 will be a tumultuous year for us and if you’re not prepared; you’ll end up a victim.

I already referred in my previous post (Jedi Wars 2010) how you need to be prepared for 2010 and the steps you can take to do this.

Sadly, most people will do nothing – and at the end of next year, they will wonder what happened to the past 12 months – and where they are going to go from there.

So, what cashflow secrets do you need to know so that you can win in 2010?

There are so many but the ones you need to focus on are the ones which are quick-wins.

This year, I’ve been delivering talks up and down the country and the one thing I’ve has noticed is that there are a lot of people out there that do not have the cashflow that they should have because of some fundamental issues with their business. If this rings a bell with you, then you’re in luck because my new report is going to change that for you.

Today sees the launch of my “10 Life Changing Cashflow Secrets” report where you’ll learn:

♦ the one forecast you absolutely must have…

♦ the four factors that will make or break your portfolio from Day One!

♦ how to increase your occupancy rates quickly and simply….

♦ how to identify your jedi and avoid the dark side…

♦ how to create specific systems for your business …

And many other cashflow secrets that can make a huge difference to your business.

http://stanfordknight.com/cashflowsecrets.html

It’s a simple direct-to-the-point 30-page report which gives you the information you need to ensure that your business is generating cashflow month in and month out.

To be honest, the information that’s in this report is extremely valuable and I’m beginning to think that I’m crazy offering it out at the price I’m charging but the value you’re going to get is phenomenal.

This information has to be worth hundreds of pounds and I’d conservatively put a value on it of £97. But the price is nothing like that. Its actually a mindblowing £0.00

I’ve basically laid out for you the 10 key cashflow secrets that you need to take to get your property business on the right track towards long-term sustainable wealth…

http://stanfordknight.com/cashflowsecrets.html

learn how the credit crisis of 2008 impacts property investors and how we can benefit from George Soros' observations

The title of this book is rather a mouthful but nevertheless, its a very interesting book for property investors to learn more about where the financial crisis that we are currently experiencing came from, how he predicts it will unfold and how we can better prepare ourselves for the future.

In the midst of the most serious financial upheaval since the Great Depression, legendary financier George Soros explores the origins of the crisis and its implications for the future. Soros breadth of experience in the financial markets is unrivalled and he places the current crisis in the context of decades of study of how individuals and institutions handle the boom and bust cycles that now dominate global economic activity.

‘This is a once in a lifetime moment’, writes Soros in characterizing the scale of financial distress spreading across Wall Street and other financial centres around the world. In a concise essay that combines practical insight with philosophical depth, Soros makes an invaluable contribution to our understanding of the great credit crisis and its implications for the world. It shows in his deeper thinking about the way markets operate, Soros was several decades ahead of his time.

I’ll be honest and admit that some of the economic theory, even I didn’t grasp first time around (and thats with an economics A-level) but his theories and reflections on the crisis are a useful tool to both reflect on and also ensure that property investors are prepared for the future.

From the perspective of a property investor requiring access to funds from the banks, its a crucial piece of reading to find out how the banks have added to the credit crisis through globalization, removal of financial regulations and ever increasing financial innovations such as cross-collaterization loans and selling on of mortgage notes.

I read may’be 4-6 books a month on a variety of different topics.

These topics range from property investing, biographies, business, marketing, sales, design and some fiction too (well you’ve got to have a break sometime haven’t you?).

I think that continual learning is really important and by reading books rather than watching television (although sadly I subscribe to that evil beast as well most night after 9.30pm), you can keep your mind occupied and the little grey matter might last a wee bit longer.

So, I’ve decided to share my books with you (if you don’t mind) so that if you’re feeling at a loose end one day and want a good read, something inspiring, something challenging, then you can cast an eye over my selection of oddities, choose one and know that at least you’ll be reading something that you may get some value out of (ie do most celebrities have much of value to tell us in their biographies?).

I will try and do a book review that always gives you pointers on content, ideas, writing style and value for money. That together with my comments should give you a good idea of whether its worth pursuing or not.

My top tip of the day for book reading is this:-

JOIN YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY – its possibly one of the best investments you will ever ever make.

Why?

its free (and not a lot in life is anymore)

its quiet so you can focus, relax (alas not with a cappucino but hey…) and concentrate

they have tons of great books both old and new to choose from

you can normally get 10 out at a time (and I always have the full 10 – why wouldn’t you?)

you can order books in (practically any book) for about 50 pence

you can generally take and return books to any library in the county

you normally have at least 30 libraries of differing sizes in your locality to choose from

even the smallest library will probably have 50 books that will be of interest to you – thats a good years reading right?

So, get yourself down to your local library today and join up – you won’t regret it.
